Return Policy

▪ Product returns are applicable in cases where the customer receives a product that is not the same as the order, or the product error is on EH Global Market's side.

▪ Errors in quantity, information, or design compared to the order
▪ Appearance errors: deformation, scratches, stains, cracks.
▪ Manufacturer errors
Conditions for accepting returns:
▪ Customers need to provide images of the product to be returned for EH Global Market to check, verify, and approve the return.
▪ The product is damaged or has defects from EH Global Market.
▪ Perform within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
▪ When exchanging/returning, the request must be accompanied by the goods and purchase invoice.
▪ The product has not been used and still has the warranty stamp.
Cases where returns are not accepted:
▪ For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of: fresh items, spirits, perfumes or promotional goods in any form.
▪ Damaged or poor quality products due to improper storage by customers
▪ Products with peeled labels, wine or perfume bottles that are cracked and no longer retain their original shape.
▪ Products that have exceeded the notification period and are allowed to be returned
▪ Customers do not like the product, unless otherwise specified.
Time for notification and support:
▪ Customers agree that the product must be carefully checked for appearance and quantity when the delivery staff or service arrives. Customers have the right to refuse to receive the product if they find errors from EH Global Market and notify EH Global Market within 24 hours for support, return, exchange or refund.
▪ Due to the nature of the product, once the customer signs to confirm receipt of the product, the customer agrees that the product will not be returned or exchanged.
Return processing process:
▪ Customers who want to exchange/return the product should contact the EH Global Market hotline in advance so that the staff can receive information about the goods that need to be processed.
▪ Customers can bring the product to the store to verify the status.

▪ The time to process the exchange transaction is within 2-5 working days from the date of receiving the return request and verifying the product status.
▪ The item used for exchange will be of the same type or will be replaced with other items of equal or higher value than the previously purchased product.
▪ If the product is accepted for return, the customer please place a new order on the website with the product to be exchanged and proceed to payment.
Refund:
▪ Refund processing time (if any) depends on the processing time of the payment gateway and the payment bank. It usually takes 5-7 working days, or up to 45 working days depending on the domestic or international payment card, and is calculated from the date of receiving the customer's request.
▪ In case of refund to a foreign bank card, the exchange rate and fees may be applied at the time of refund and according to the bank's regulations.
▪ Customers receive a refund in case the customer cancels the order in violation of regulations and according to EH Global Market's policy.
PRICE:
* The selling price is detailed on the purchase invoice, effective at the time the customer places the order and includes VAT.
* Delivery costs are calculated for all orders except for orders that qualify for free delivery.
